THQ Australia Closes

Well it was great while it lasted but THQ has closed the doors to all Australian studios. We had been working for over a year on a fantastic AAA title soon to reach Alpha which both THQ Corp. and the 'Client' were very happy with. In spite of this, the studios were still closed due to a combination of a changing market and the Australian dollar. I'll miss working there with such a great bunch of people. So it’s back to freelance work for the time being!

everything I can think to bore everyone with in the coming months.

Gorilla Artfare Artbook Release - 14th April

Fellow primates over at Gorilla Artfare have put together an amzing collection of art and packed it into the first edition of 'Gorilla Artbook Vol.1'. I'm honored to be published along side such talent and have 5 images featured in the book. The layout is stunning and will be available for purchase from CFSL Ink and Amazon so check it out!

It's been a busy year so far with no signs of slowing down any time soon.

I've added a few new images here and there, including this one which has been included in the new Gorilla Artfare book soon to be released along with a few others.

I've also added the option to view all the gallery's in a simple html format as well as the flash format. Cheers

Last year seemed to disappear too damn quick!... seems this year is going even faster. It’s been a shaky start already with
Brisbane flooding but thankfully our area was mostly untouched. On a positive note, Narnia 3 came out in the cinemas recently
and it was great to see it all come together. I was a big fan of the books as a kid so really glad to have been part of it.
I’m hoping to get cracking on some personal art this year! I’ve been so busy doing production art up until now so it will be
great to get some of my own ideas out there. I’ll have to shake the old brain and see what falls out. Lastly, I’m pretty
excited about my work possibly being published in a few more books this year so will see how it goes. I’ve added a few new
pieces to the gallery and also deleted quite a few… it was getting a little cluttered so cleaned house ;)

Another gallery folder added for Teen High Zombie Squad.

This was one of the last projects I worked on at Krome. The game was looking pretty good too, but it was put on hold.
Darren Randall did a fantastic job developing the IP so I really hope it gets finished soon. James Brouwer did a great
job with the characters so I'll post a link when he adds them to his blog. Check out some of the environment and prop
concepts in the gallery section, cheers!

New site is finally up! ... it's only been down for about 2 years :s

I've been pretty busy though since my last update. I've changed jobs from Krome to THQ, did a 5 month stint on Narnia 3 and got
married :D ...So not much time for new personal work (excuses I know) but I'm hoping to make some time soon. Well enjoy the new content and stay tuned for further updates!
